Overview
💐 Tulip Time is a online flower bouquet studio. I designed the branding and responsive website from concept to delivery while practicing UI research and using the Figma tool. I demonstrated my graphic and visual skills in branding, creating paper and digital wireframes, and developing low and high-fidelity prototypes. Additionally, I conducted usability studies, ensured accessibility in design, and iterated on the overall design process.

Responsibility
Research, creating paper and digital wireframes, and developing low and high-fidelity prototypes. Additionally, I conducted usability studies, ensured accessibility in design, and iterated on the overall design process.
🧐User researcher: Pain points
Difficult to visualize : The customer know they want to buy flower but they can not visualize the look.
Complicated process: To choose the flower then the bouquet style then about shipping is a lot of process.
Time : No time to go to the actual store.

💡Implementing a Solution:
It starts with the site’s audience. This diverse audience uses the website to find and purchase flowers from the store or online, . They buy all flower types/styles for varied occasions.
I re-designed this site to:
Retain current customer base and capture more business from them through a convenient, responsive design coupled with an e-commerce capacity that encourages customers to order from anywhere, anytime.
Make the way of purchase flower Earseries and accessibility
Build and foster online brand advocates to further promote its services.
✏️Paper Wireframes :
I started by sketching out multiple iterations of each screen on paper. This helped ensure that the elements included in the digital wireframes would effectively address user pain points.

Low-Fidelity Prototype:
Using the wireframes as a foundation, I developed a low-fidelity prototype that showcased the flow of the user's journey in purchasing flowers. This prototype was used in usability studies to gather user feedback and make necessary improvements.

Character-driven design elements were incorporated to add personality and charm to the overall brand image.

Low-Fidelity to Hight -Fidelity with Design Direction
Using the wireframes as a foundation, I developed a low-fidelity prototype that showcased the flow of the user's journey in purchasing flowers. This prototype was used in usability studies to gather user feedback and make necessary improvements.
