🏠I hold the position of the sole web designer at Upgrow Digital marketing agency, San Francisco, collaborating closely with the marketing team to serve this client. As part of the team, I'm the leader to redesign the website. The company's current focus is to expand its service reach while enhancing its website and implementing effective SEO strategies. Square House is a leading Airbnb property management company that specializes in assisting property owners in maximizing their rental income and transforming their rental properties into passive sources of revenue.

To address these problems, the proposed solution involves a comprehensive redesign of the Square House website. This includes:
Designing a consistent visual treatment throughout the website, aligning it with the high-quality property images they possess. This will create a cohesive and visually appealing user experience.

Collaborating with the SEO team to optimize keyword usage, improve site architecture, and add relevant blog content that aligns with Square House's target audience and SEO goals.
Rebuilding the website with modern SEO practices in mind, ensuring responsiveness, optimized page loading times, and a user-friendly interface.

With Square House expanding to new areas such as San Antonio, Houston, and Tulsa, it's essential to provide specific information and services tailored to each location. To achieve this, the website will include dedicated pages for each target city or area. These pages will provide localized content, including information about the local real estate market, property management services specific to the area, and relevant attractions or amenities in the vicinity. By customizing the page location, Square House can effectively target property owners and potential guests in each specific region, providing them with tailored information and improving their overall experience on the website.
